What MDP Does
The Medical Director Program offers FDN clinical advising services and is our in-house lab facilitation department. The MDP will order tests on behalf of unlicensed FDN graduates that are not available through Evexia. We will also order tests for international, New York, New Jersey and Rhode Island FDN clients.
What Evexia Does
Evexia provides a convenient lab ordering platform where you can easily order multiple, FDN approved tests for your clients all in one place. Evexia is accessible to all FDN graduates and services clients in the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. You will be able to track your orders, get practitioner pricing, and easily access results. Evexia will make the lab testing process easier for you and your clients.
Fee
$75 or $65 for AFDNP Members
Applies to test kits ordered through the FDN Medical Director Program only
Results
Results for the MDP ordered kits will be sent to you via email along instructions on how to set up your complimentary 30-minute consult with an FDN Clinical Advisor

MDP POLICIES
- Medical Director Program fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
- You may not contact labs directly regarding tests that have been ordered via the Medical Director Program. Questions must be directed instead to orders@afdnp.com.
- Do not mark “Practitioner Pay” on the requisition form.
- Do not change the test requested or add any additional test on the requisition form.
- MDP fees are paid by the FDNP, not the clients.
- In most cases the clients pay the lab fees, not the FDNP.
- Tracking numbers should be kept whenever mailing samples back to the lab.
- Clinical Advising Session Policies
- FDNs will be charged a late fee for no-shows or not providing a 48-hour cancellation notice to the clinical advisor. If your session was for 30 minutes the fee is $25, for 60 minutes the fee is $35, and for 90 minutes the fee is $50.
- A copy of the test results and a completed FDN case notes must be provided to the Clinical Advisor 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If required documents are not provided prior to the appointment, your appointment may be canceled by the clinical advisor.
- Please follow these policies to avoid possible revocation of MDP privileges.
