Hourly commitment: 5-15 hrs a week

Compensation: $50-75 an hour to start, DOE

About The Sleep Detective

The Sleep Detective helps people who have tried everything and still can’t sleep. The programs use functional lab testing (DUTCH, GI Map, Neuro Focus panel, and HTMA) to find the physical reasons why they can’t sleep and addresses the mental aspect with life coaching techniques. We work with clients virtually all over the world.

Position overview

I’m looking for an FDN-P to work with clients 1:1 for 6 months each, analyze labs and intake assessments, create their DRESS protocol and give follow-up support through 12 x Zoom sessions and messaging support.

In this position, the coach will also support clients in a program which includes 4 lab tests, a video recording of their results and recommendations, and 1 follow-up Q&A session.

You will work closely with Martha Lewis and her team to serve clients and help them sleep better as quickly as possible.

There’s also the possibility of additional admin work such as ordering and uploading labs.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze labs, create customized health plans, and execute 1 results and recommendation call and 11 support calls with clients.
  • Use Practice Better templates to create supplement and lifestyle protocols.
  • Document coaching calls in Practice Better.
  • Respond to clients’ messages within 24 hours Monday-Friday during your flexible work hours.
  • Order a gift for each client (paid for by the Sleep Detective) within the first month of their contract.
  • Maintain privacy, confidentiality and professionalism with clients.
  • Monthly Zoom check-ins with Martha.

Technical/ Clinical Skills Needed

  • FDN certification
  • 1:1 coaching skills with at least 1 year experience
  • ability to work as team and communicate clearly

Bonus if you have:

  • Nutrition training
  • Coaching skills training from FDN or equivalent program
  • HTMA training from Kendra Perry or equivalent program
  • Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis advanced training from FDN
  • Stress and Hormones advanced training from FDN
  • Thyroid advanced training from FDN
  • Mold Toxicity/CIRS training
