Job description
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for outreach to all potential clients by building and nurturing genuine relationships.

The Sales Rep is someone who can develop a real conversation via DMs around getting help with nutrition and appointment setting for higher level conversations with a closer.

Introverts rejoice… This is a NO COLD CALLING sales role you can do right from your phone with your thumbs 😉

**This position has the opportunity to grow into a lucrative 10k+/month closer role and includes uncapped commission. Sales mentorship also provided.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Direct message outreach via social media platforms, text or email.
Reaching out to leads, having conversations and qualifying leads to set call appointments
Message prospects and book them for calls with our team.
Organized pipeline with lead management, follow up, sales tracking
Attending team meetings
Follow-up with old prospects that haven’t signed up yet.
Consistently meeting company standards, culture requirements, and performance KPIs.


1 to 2 years of experience in sales, social media, customer relations, marketing or a related fitness or nutrition field (if you realized you like connecting people to their future healthy selves but don’t necessarily want to coach this would be perfect)
Window or Mac Computer (no iPad or Chromebook), high speed internet, phone (or Google Voice) will be needed, no exceptions.

Preferred but we’re flexible on these:

Nutrition or fitness experience/passion for health and fitness
You’re so good with social media you could train someone how to use it
Knowledge of sales psychology and buyer behavior. AKA, you’ve read a few books on sales and you get it.
