Job Description:
– Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand patients’ health concerns, medical history, and goals.
– Analyze lab work results to identify nutritional deficiencies, imbalances, and underlying health issues.
– Develop individualized nutrition plans incorporating herbs, supplements, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle changes.
– Educate patients on the importance of nutrition and empower them to take control of their health.
– Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support.
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
Requirements:
– Certified Functional Medicine Nutritionist with a strong background in nutrition, herbal medicine, and holistic health practices.
– Experience working with patients to address a variety of health conditions using natural approaches.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
– Proficient in interpreting lab results and using them to inform treatment plans.
– Comfortable working virtually and managing a high caseload effectively.
