Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get my test kits? Test kits are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and received within a week.

How long does it take to get results? Every test is different. Most labs release results anywhere from 3-21 days after the sample is received.

I’m not sure what test to order. Can someone help me? Yes! Email orders@afdnp.com with your questions.

How do I pay? FDN will charge the FDN Practitioner’s credit card on file $75 plus shipping upon receiving the order request. The client will pay the lab fee directly. HTMA kits are the only exception – the entire cost (consultation, lab fee, and shipping) is charged to the FDN Practitioner’s credit card when the order is placed.

Can I order tests just to have them on hand? Yes, but you must send the client’s name to orders@afdnp.com when you dispense the kit to a client.  

Can I return a test kit if I change my mind? No. The Medical Director Program fee is non-refundable.

How do I collect the specimen? Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about specimen collection.

Can I work with a doctor or chiropractor to order tests? Yes! FDN-Ps may also work with any physician or other licensed individual in lieu of the Medical Director Program. If you know a physician that would like to set up an account with any of the FDN affiliated labs below, please contact orders@afdnp.com with the doctor’s name, address, contact information to get the process started. FDN Affiliated Labs: BioHealth, Precision Analytical, Neurogistics, Quick Silver, Precision Analytical Any other lab accounts can be set up directly with the lab by the physician.
