Wellness Rx Integrative Health

My highest goal is for each of us to live our healthiest live possible, with a robust immune system, boundless energy, and joy. I left a 25+ year career in modern medicine because I became passionate about holistic health and learning that our bodies are meant to heal themselves. All we need to do is take care of it and support it.

I am still on my health journey but can tell you that I feel so much better now than in the past. I am no longer in a high-stress career working long hours and overscheduling my life. I get quality sleep. I enjoy nutritious, whole foods and no longer crave processed foods. I no longer have sore joints when I wake up in the morning. I am finally enjoying meditation and yoga. I look forward to daily walks in the fresh air and moving my body.
