Tara Roscioli is a Certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner and Certified Holistic Health Coach with both a holistic and evidence-based approach to women’s wellness, hormone health, and weight loss. Her mission is to empower women ages 40+ to slow their biological aging and step into the best years of their lives, where they feel thinner, stronger, and more vibrant than ever before.

A former attorney, Tara is fiercely passionate about changing the narrative around aging and “mid-life.” Her mantra, “nothing is off limits,” has gained her popularity and recognition as a clean lifestyle expert. She is the co-author of “Clean Cocktails: Righteous Recipes for the Modern Mixologist (Countryman 2017), and she has been featured in O Magazine, InStyle, FORBES, Better Homes & Gardens, Parade and The Wall Street Journal.
