I have a Master’s degree in Exercise & Wellness and am a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Certified Coach, and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.

But my real superpower is thinking outside of the box and connecting the dots where others saw none.
