• You will not hold AFDNP Inc. liable for any claims arising from the use of information provided.
• Your Practitioner listings will be kept up to date with current contact information and website details.
• Your website and marketing materials adhere to the foundations of FDN.
• You understand that submission of a listing does not guarantee acceptance. AFDNP reserves the right to decline applications without providing specific reasons.
• You confirm the completion of the FDN course and settlement of any outstanding course payments on time.
• You maintain an active AFDNP membership with up to date membership payments.
• You comply with recertification requirements as outlined by AFDNP Inc.
