F8 Wellcenters a Functional Medicine based virtual healthcare practice is hiring an FDN-trained health coach.
Our new hire will work directly with one of the F8 doctors to help walk patients through their 6 month individualized program. Guidance in lifestyle and program support is a crucial part of a patients success.
Responsibilities
Review patient histories and assessments
Identify patient health challenges and issues
Interpret functional lab test results, specifically as it relates to patient health challenges.
Issue appropriate diet and lifestyle guidance and supplement recommendations in conjunction with the Doctors recomendations.
Document clinical findings and recommendations in clients’ charts
Monitor patients’ progress and keep records of office visits, supplements, treatments, lab tests and/or other health related events.
Attend to clinically related patient phone calls, texts, and emails.
Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for the patients
Comply strictly with medical care regulations and safety standards
Experience
Proven work experience in health & lifestyle coaching, specifically including nutrition
Knowledge of health guidelines
Familiarity in reading Functional lab ranges for routine Lab Panels
Problem solving skills and ability to multi-task
Caring and compassionate
Team player with good communication skills
Completion of FDN certification program
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $30-40 per hour to start
