Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Client Success Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their journey with Bone Coach™, ensuring our clients receive the support and resources they need to succeed. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate our programs and fostering relationships that drive engagement and satisfaction. Your goal is to help our clients (mostly women in their 50s and 60s) move forward so they can build stronger bones and lead an active life free from constant worry and fear.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our programs and resources.
• Personalized Support: Provide one-on-one coaching to clients, helping them set and achieve personalized health goals related to bone health and overall wellness. Help clients overcome mental-emotional blockages and foster a positive, action-oriented mindset.  Offer direct feedback and support inside our online portal and via email.
• Group Support: Facilitate group calls on a variety of topics depending on your expertise.
• Specialized Sessions: Use your FDN skills and/or other professional skills to assist clients with personalizing their bone health journey.  Areas of particular interest include nutrition, interpreting labs, and PT/exercise.  Guide clients in creating an actionable plan to move forward in achieving their health goals.
• Resource Development: Create and curate educational materials and resources tailored to client needs, enhancing their understanding of bone health.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and share client feedback to improve services, programs, and overall client experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues including customer support, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Community Building: Foster a supportive community among clients, encouraging peer interaction and sharing of success stories.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Native English speaker
• Formal training and 2+ years proven experience as a coach in one or more of the following areas: Functional Medicine, Nutrition / Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, Physical Therapy/Exercise, Stress Reduction & Quality of Sleep, Women’s Health, Life & Health Coaching
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing and collaboration
• Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness, particularly in bone health.
• Ability to work independently, maintain a client-centric focus, and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital communication tools, ability to master new tech platforms quickly.  Familiarity with our key tech platforms is a plus (Google Workspace, Slack, Kajabi, OnceHub).
• Integrity in showing up as a reliable, motivated, enthusiastic member of the team.  Strong initiative and creative problem-solving.  Detail-oriented and organized.
• Experience working with diverse populations; experience working with women in their 40s and beyond is a strong plus
• Presentation as a positive role model with a passion for health improvement, an optimistic outlook and a can-do attitude
